S-Tech Mobile WMS is an integrated operational control software, which allows you to do purchasing, receiving, inventory control. From a user end, it allows you to do product ordering, issuing, outlet accountability, and more. It can also be integrated with an interface program to Accounting Solutions, where the Mobile WMS can send electronic data to the Accounting System at the end of the day to generate invoice to the customer.

Features

Our Pocket PC device, attached with a Laser Barcode Scanner makes issue of stock and stock take process a child play. The Pocket PC can hold up to 200,000 line items at any time. Data will be downloaded to the PC or Server upon completion of the process which eliminates the painful process of data entry to the system. Elimination of data entry shall dramatically reduce all the data entry errors to zero.
 

S-Tech Mobile WMS generates a receiving document with the barcode, which can be easily scanned by the PDA Scanner for easy receiving. At the end of the day, the storekeeper can upload all the receiving from the handheld to the desktop system to update the inventory.
 

This function allows the user to adjust the stocks manually if there is a loss of goods, breakage, spoilage, or if wrong quantity was keyed in earlier.
 

The system updates the inventory in real time upon receiving the goods and posts the information on the Stock Card. It also updates the Stock Card upon transferring stocks out from the store.
